Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Delbargram websites, waitlist, and (when launched) the Delbargram apps and services. By creating a waitlist entry or an account you agree to these Terms.
Delbargram is currently a waitlist website. These policies describe how we handle this site today and how the app is designed to work when accounts, matching, chat, and live features launch. They are not a copy of another company’s terms. A lawyer should review them before a public launch in your country.
1. Who we are
Delbargram is a Persian dating service operated for people who want to meet Iranian men and women. Contact for legal notices: legal@delbargram.com (or the contact method listed on the Support page if that mailbox is not yet staffed).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use Delbargram if you are a convicted sex offender, if we have banned you, or if using the service is illegal where you live. We may ask for ID to verify age.
3. The waitlist and accounts
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an account, a match, or a launch date. When registration opens, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, scam, impersonate, spam, scrape, or sexually exploit anyone; not to post others’ intimate images; not to use Delbargram for commercial solicitation; and not to upload malware. You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, warn you, suspend you, or ban you.
5. Safety and meetings
Delbargram does not run background checks on every member and cannot guarantee that someone is who they claim to be. If you meet in person, you do so at your own risk. Use Safety Tips, meet in public, and never send money to someone you have not met safely.
6. Content you share
You keep ownership of photos and messages you upload. You grant Delbargram a licence to host, display, and moderate that content so we can operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate the law or these Terms.
7. Premium features
Paid products (if offered) are described at checkout. Fees may be processed by app stores or payment providers. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the feature is delivered.
8. Our intellectual property
Delbargram name, mark, and software are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or brand your own service as Delbargram.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for matches that do not work out, user conduct, or outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited (for example, fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence, where that rule applies).
10. Termination
You may stop using Delbargram at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe put people at risk. Some clauses survive termination (including licences already used to operate the service, and liability limits).
11. Changes and law
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the service after the change, you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
